Back in January 2024 Rivian added to their maintenance schedule a "Comprehensive Inspection" (in addition to tire rotation) at 22,500 miles. See

A description of the items to be checked was posted on the Rivian website:
https://web.archive.org/web/2024011...t-is-the-maintenance-schedule-for-r1-vehicles
And the 22,500 mile Comprehensive Inspection was also listed in the app when you looked under "Vehicle Health".
Someone posted a checklist for this inspection in the forum a few months back, showing the exact things checked by the service center:

As recently as last month when I scheduled my 22,500 service, this was still showing up in the app.
But now that option is gone, and it is no longer listed in either the app or the web site. I think this disappearance from the app may have coincided with the rollout of 2.16.0 last week? The web site no longer lists the Comprehensive Inspection at 22,500 miles:

Does anyone have any further information about this? It seems like now they don't want you to check the 12V batteries or the undercarriage for missing bolts, and you don't need to replace the cabin air filter or check the tie rods or CV joint boots, no more checking the safety systems (ADAS and AVAS), brake lines, half shafts, no more checking the A/C for leaks, etc. Most of these things that are checked are things I can do myself, like verifying all the external signals work and there are no chips in the windshield. But things like coolant level or problems with the air suspension? I would like to pay to have these checked periodically. And the Jiffy Lubes of this world aren't going to be able to do that ...
