No traffic images display on drivers screen.

I had thought that in this most recent upgrade, we were supposed to get enhanced vehicle images from the surrounding traffic on the drivers display? I've noticed over the past week or so that I only get the vehicles directly in front of me, sometimes two (if on the highway); nothing to either side, no parked vehicles, nothing coming at me if on a two-lane road, certainly nothing passing me of me passing something. Occasionally if I am stopped at a light, the cross traffic will briefly appear, but nothing much else. I get the yellow beacons that something is at a quarter panel or fender; that's about it.

Does this sound like a bug or do I need to do something in a driver setting? I remember it working; we joked about is showed a school bus next to us as an image of a box truck. I did a hard reset on the R1T (Gen 2), but that did not resolve the issue.

Hi, I had the same issue a few weeks back.
Thought it was a software issue and rebooted a few times but nothing helped.
It happened right after updating for me.
Eventually they wanted me to take it in for service and I was told that water got into drivers side mirror and it needed to be replaced. Gave me a loaner and two days later I had my R1-T back and traffic visuals all good.
Weird that it wasn’t related to update given the timing.

I will be due for my 7,500 mile service in a month or so; I can wait until then.
