Iāve been having seemingly random Tidal artwork issues for a couple of years. I may have found a work around (or maybe it was a coincidence). I switched audio sources to my phone then back to Tidal again and the artwork re-appeared. I canāt test it again until I lose the artwork again.2025.14.01 seems to have knocked out my artwork
I tried the log out, soft reset to hard reset to log in, and unfortunately no luck.
I donāt have a TuneIn account so havenāt tried that one.
Aaaaand it seems you canāt link Tidal to Alexa in Canada. Thatās dumb.
This is my biggest pet peeve with Tidal. We had Spotify and Tidal for years, but decided to go all Tidal because I prefer the quality. Unfortunately we have Amazon Alexa and in Canada, you can't get the two to play nice. I've even tried changing to an american account, and it still won't allow it. Annoying.Aaaaand it seems you canāt link Tidal to Alexa in Canada. Thatās dumb.
I used to have this problem and finally figured it out after three years. Do you have a second driver profile in your Rivian? If so, switch over to that profile and go to Tidal. Once that artwork loads, go to your profile and then go to Tidal. The artwork should show up then.My artwork is also gone and none of the methods have helped. It's so frustrating because the search is so bad that most of the time you need the artwork to find the right song.
Thanks for the suggestion. The artwork didn't load in the second profile either. I tried disabling WiFi which also didn't work.I used to have this problem and finally figured it out after three years. Do you have a second driver profile in your Rivian? Yes, I noticed that behavior in the Tidal app as well. The artwork is being successfully served by Tidal and downloaded by the Rivian app. But then it goes south.Dead thread, but just wanted to mention that I haven't been able to consistently get the artwork to show in Apple Music in what seems like forever, despite frequent resets. Weirdly, sometimes the artwork will show in the widget on the driver-side screen and be absent on the music window on the main screen. So the artwork is in there somewhereāit just won't display in the main screen part of the app. I'm not sure if Tidal continues to give trouble as well, but Apple Music is definitely problematic in my Gen1 R1S.
