Did you get green or black plates? I asked and they were not sure which was going to come. They are green plate certified.Cool, I only had the option given to me Tuesday night with a Thursday pick up, I did it Tuesday night and my guide called me to say in the morning he canceled it didn't work and best to bring in a certified cheque which I did and it was seamless. Remy was my guide.
Yes for some strange reason they are giving green plates to the S and black to the T. Yet claim weight when the S is heavier oh well. C'est la vie. They have a direct line to the guide and the lead guideIs it just me or is anyone else struggling to get a hold of their "guide"? Still having website payment issue... No response.. and a week ago the guide said that the truck would be available in the next couple days and has not responded since.

I was going to say the same thing. I have had a hard time getting in touch with my guide or guides, but I couldn't imagine the workload they have right now. I actually got a call for Chris last Friday Dec 22 at 7:30pm trying to nail down the details of my sale. And just the fact that the BC crew is out here in Ontario over Christmas just shows what kind of staff they have. The next week or 2 will probably be chaos until they get their deliveries settled and then I would imagine things will get better. That's what I'm hoping for anyways.Try to keep in mind that the guides are real people, who are currently completely overwhelmed with the workload that has been tasked to them. There may be delays in them getting back to you, but it's nothing personal.
