Anyone else have an issue where the phones and key fob don't work to start the vehicle? Only our key card work. Soft and hard resets haven't worked and sleep mode only worked once and then stopped working again. Not sure if anyone else has a fix. Rivian support did not.

I had to re-pair the phone key to get mine to work but for the key band, a mobile tech has to manually fix it.

Yes! After updating to 2024.43 on Monday, I got a Bluetooth /key warning message while driving to work... Then when attempting to leave work, no keys were recognized. I had three keys: phone, card, band (no fob). None of them were recognized, and I spent about 45 minutes trying to get them to work. Soft reset, hard reset, restart phone, etc. Rivian service sent some sort of wake up signal which instantly revived the vehicle, and allowed me to drive home. Although at about the same distance on that second drive since the update, I got the same Bluetooth warning. Hoping I will be able to drive the truck on Tuesday...

I am a huge Rivian fan and early adopter. Are these bugs going to become common? I saw posts about higher vampire drain as well. Should not be regressing.

I am assuming this has something to do with coding updates for two sets of vehicles - gen 1 and 2.

After last update I now have to frequently use the app to unlock the vehicle where before it would do so automatically. I have a iPhone 15pro: very annoying. Already tried soft and hard reset and rebooting phone.

I have found it doesn't always want to unlock, if you press the handle it seems to wake the vehicle up to unlock though....super annoying.

After the last update, mine randomly unlocks...even when I'm not near it. All of the sudden I'll get a notice in the app "your truck is unlocked." This mostly happens at home.

I’m also seeing this (Gen2 R1S). Even after removing and re-pairing the phone as a key, it’ll lose the pairing within a day or so. Super annoying, has happened several times now, even after multiple vehicle hard resets. Hopefully this one gets fixed ASAP.

I am continuing to see this on an intermittent basis. But not just the phone, when this is in effect, no key will work. Including the the key card, key band, and key fob. When I use the app to try to wake up the vehicle, it takes 3 to 5 attempts to unlock the doors, but that eventually works. Doing this does not get the truck into ready state (to drive), but I'm able to sit inside and use the Bluetooth audio and heater etc.
