Perform RWD-17 Service?

Got a call today about bringing my vehicle in for a service that will be covered by Rivian. I asked if it was a recall and they stated it wasn’t but the appointment it titled RWD-17. Anyone had this done before?

Haven't see it most recent recall i've seen is FSAM-1794 replacement of rear suspension bolts.

Interesting, wonder why ours need a coolant swap for? I haven’t had any overheating issues.
