Agree with what other posters are saying. That is not normal. On an aside, I never use Alexa - in the car or home - when you ask Alexa to play a song - is it playing from Spotify or Amazon music? The few times I've tried it in the car, it always misinterprets what I'm saying.

Alexa will repeat back the name of the song and tell you "on Amazon Music".

I'm sure we'll get a Amazon Music app s00n, hopefully as they improve Alexa they'll make it friendly so you can say only play music on Spotify etc.

At least we all know there's PLENTY of room to improve the UX.

Known problem, no fix currently. Seems to be road specific

Seems like it decreases a fair amount with mileage. Mine seems almost gone now at 8k miles.

there's multiple things SCs are saying are "normal behavior" or "within expected behavior" but they might be saying that because so many vehicles are displaying the same thing they too must thinki its normal.

or corporate is saying its "normal behavior" or "within expected behavior" and to not address it. they could be saying that for a lot of reasons.

in either case, we as a community need to continue to raise it as an issue, unacceptable, for them to fix it and eventually they will need to do or say something.


where are all the YTbers? use your influence to point our the issues so Rivian will take notice?
