Good news is that the new SW with Apple Music integration precludes the need for the BT connection, so this annoying issue went away for me….

Sorry to bring this thread back to life, but are Gen 1 (or Gen 2) folks still having this? Has anyone had this fixed? It's driving me nuts. Gen 1 here and everytime I park the car and, especially when kneeling, bluetooth audio breaks up.

In my case, I'm not using the car's hotspot or the onboard streaming apps. I'm using my phone's internet to stream pandora through the bluetooth connection.

I still see this happening (R1T - Dec 2022 build). I'm playing music or podcasts that are stored on my phone, so not really related to the phone switching Internet connection. I do have auto-kneel configured since many have mentioned kneeling being a factor.

The phone would likely have the contents cached. I suspect Rivian is glitching the Bluetooth radio signal/frequency at that time for some reason. I think there’s some radio interference.

I’m curious any difference between iPhone and Android devices?

Experiencing this on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Locally stored Audible books/Apple music from my phone stutter terribly over Bluetooth when parking the vehicle. iOS 18.6.2 and system 2025.26.01

I’ve experienced this in a Model Y, if I remember. I wonder if it is an iOS issue or a Rivian issue or a Bluetooth issue or some combo.
