Powered tonneau cover replacement process -- need access to the gear tunnel?

Does anyone know if you need access to the gear tunnel to get it replaced? I need to know if I have to remove my RMAX sliders and tool boxes before sending in my r1t. Rivian support specialist doesn't know.

I don't know about the Gear Tunnel, but in JerryRigEverything's video, he shows his powered tonneau cover being replaced and they had to remove the back seat. I don't think they need to do anything in the GT for the replacement.

I had a gear tunnel shuttle installed in mine when the tonneau was replaced and they didn't say anything to me about it.

Easier said than done. Getting a hold of a tech is impossible.
