I'm really interested in how much is backwards compatible with Gen 1. They mentioned a lot of SW updates that will flow back, but what about the R1S ride tuning? How much of the improvement is swappable hardware versus novel components versus just OTA-implemented code updates?

He has the unique ability to squeeze 30 minutes of content into 125. I just don’t know how he is able to manage that every time.
