After yet another drive, it appears that the vibration of the grill is still coming from the center area near the windshield...same as the original issue. The center section close to the seats is pretty firm. It is intermittent, which is better, but still very annoying.

I had the new style grill (RN041xxx) but no foam insulation. The tech swapped in a new grill and added foam tape to all the clips. Perfectly quiet on test drive. Sorry no pics.

For anyone interested. I posted my solution on Reddit for the dash rattle on my 2024 R1T. It has helped eliminate about 99% of the rattle. The only time I hear anything from the grill is going over a really intense harsh bump in the road (like a raised edge or a deep pothole or divot). But I feel like any vehicle would rattle or make some type of noise going over the same surface. So I’m pretty satisfied with the results!

We took ours to the Normal service center a week ago and it was fixed but after a 1200 mile road trip it has returned, extremely frustrating, I think I’m just going to take the grill off myself and start packing foam in there. I’ve also seen where someone has taken the speaker off of the grill, might try that too.

I pulled grill up with plastic panel tools and jammed a ton of different things in various places and have it 99% corrected. Just takes alot of effort and time to zero in on it. And then noises move around since all the clips want to make noise if they aren't tight.
