Will I get it before 2024? ?

I had at once considered buying a MX plaid at $130k+ on 2022. Glad I didn’t do that, jeez$108,500…
Curious why the 20 inch wheels and underbody are listed separately totaling 4500, the off road package which has both is 3600, you can save 900. ?I had at once considered buying a MX plaid at $130k+ on 2022. Glad I didn’t do that, jeez
Good point! I’ll ask my guide to change it. Thanks!Curious why the 20 inch wheels and underbody are listed separately totaling 4500, the off road package which has both is 3600, you can save 900. ?
Also includes compact spare in off road package.
And you know the charging curve? Link?If price is of no consequence i guess go for max pack. Its not a good deal though. Rivian is charging an extra $10,000 for a best case extra 50 miles of range. Real world likely much less..
It has the same charging curve as large pack so will provide no benefit when road tripping.
Will be interesting to see how many takers they get.
See out of spec podcast. Its a good watch. He talks about charging around the 10 minute mark. And you know the charging curve? Link?
Yes, I’ve seen it. There’s nothing concrete about the charging *curve* here. At the end of the day, it doesn’t have any new info and it’s really two guys jerking each other off for YouTube views, and nodding heads off without any hard data to base off of.See out of spec podcast. If folks are expecting something dramatically different from the large pack they may be disappointed. There will be some edge cases where someone might be able to justify the extra 10k but I have a hard time coming up with justification for it.
I guess we will have to see. I am surprised Rivian is only trying to sell it on range. They aren't touting any improved DCFC, thermals, or power output. 10k for such a small amount of range and no other benefits is a hard sell for me.Yes, I’ve seen it. Kyle should know that top speed of charging isn’t all what determines total charge time. It’s also how long the vehicle can charge at that rate before de-rating. Kyle doesn’t have any of this info.
Does it have the same charing curve ? how do we know this? Given that the Max Pack has a different chemistry do w know anyting about the charging curve, cold and hot weather performance > is there any data out there. I just got my invite to order and struggling with the choiceIf price is of no consequence i guess go for max pack. Its not a good deal though. Kyle claims to have talked to insiders at Rivian. My take away from the video is its the same pack, same cells, different chemistry allowing more energy density. If all that is true then its pretty safe to say you will see the same charging curve. I can only speculate if course since I don't have one or insider info.Does it have the same charing curve ? how do we know this? Kyle doesn’t have insider info. He talks a big game. I’m sure he has access to insiders to provide direct feedback, but there’s no way a public company would give insider info to a video blogger. It would have considerable legal repercussions. As for your own video, unless you have real info, I’m going to pass watching.Kyle claims to have talked to insiders at Rivian. Like I said, if the pack offered faster DCFC, better thermal management, or higher power output why would Rivian not be marketing it that way? They are only marketing it as a range increase.
I created a video on this as well. Look im not knocking anyone that wants max pack... DuoRivian obviously knows what he is looking at. My whole reason for mentioning is because im concerned folks will order and have buyers remorse.
I feel like Rivian is doing it so they can market the truck as having a 400 mile range. This is only my opinion. My video will go live at 4pm today.
