I can't watch your video but mine doesn't open on a downhill decline on our driveway. The gate pops open and then shuts again. I think the issue is due to something being misadjusted on how tightly it closes. Even on level ground, it "pops" slightly open before the motor starts lifting it. So when it's on a downhill grade, it "pops" slightly open, and then the weight of the liftgate closes it again before the motors can start lifting it. I think it needs to be adjusted so it doesn't pop open like that when it's unlatched. Either that or they need to coordinate the motors to start lifting a fraction of a second earlier. I should take a video and put in a service ticket.
The problem is I hate dealing with service. I don't want to have a shitty loaner for 2 weeks while they figure out that they can't fix it.
