Posted this elsewhere, but it's relevant here, too: Guide assigned yesterday, PBA signed today. My config is unchanged from my original preorder, with the exception of the switch from normal → bright wheels (since those came later). I also did not cancel my preorder during the March madness, for those who are tracking.

I was very surprised to have gotten the email yesterday. Let's see how long it takes to get from PBA to delivery with the LE LG FE config. I feel like I've been buckled in on the roller coaster and preparing to depart.

Oh, one other thing I forgot that was mildly alarming: the camp kitchen, gear shuttle, and tent all had to be removed from my order because apparently there are no more available. I was told that I'd need to order those myself from the Gear Shop later when they become available. I asked if there was any sort of priority preordering for them since I expected the supply wouldn't meet demand for some time and she said she didn't know but would ask about it. I really hope these accessories aren't Rivian's equivalent of a Nvidia 3090. But of course when asked whether I'd prefer to wait for them to be delivered with my vehicle, I said "hell no."

Friday: Guide assigned. Guide said 5-8 weeks.

Monday: VIN assigned and 8 step process opened. Completed all 7 step (including insurance and paying). It's now waiting on step 8 "schedule delivery" with status of "preparing vehicle". Guide says 3-4 weeks; says it is built but hasn't shipped to local service center yet.

I don't think they have much visibility tbh, so just letting what happens happen. Guide is nice, responsive, online process worked and was simple. I'll let you guys know when there is an update.

Same for me. I've had a guide for a couple of weeks now but I noticed VehicleID showed up on Friday, 8 steps opened today. Everything completed except payment. I have a mail out to my guide for details on current location of truck and expected delivery timing.

Not much going on in our little group here...
Time for a promising update...
We are scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 5/11, in Bellevue, WA. :fingerscrossed:
I'm kind of holding my breath hoping this really happens and no problems arise. Seems like a number of people have had the rug pulled out from under them when things were looking near delivery. Don't want to jinx it. ?
Will check back in Thursday, if we aren't already off on our first adventure, and let y'all know how it went. ? I'm starting to get a bit nervous.

Based on the activity, I think they are making the LG / FE batch last week & right now. I expect there to be a ton of deliveries in this group the next few weeks.

If you started the 8 step process there is VIN on the purchase agreement.

Got contacted by a guide today. I want to see the LE LG FE in person once. I was kind of hoping I'd have another month to organize my loan, need to start that tomorrow.

so has anyone actually got one yet? are there any photos of the LG/FE combo?

have my guide call today and need to "lock" my configuration in. i picked this combo in mid-2020 and kept it unchanged for nearly 2 years. but recently started playing around with configurator and saved changes about 20 times in the past couple of weeks. now its back to this original config.

but I'm pestered by the abundance of LG's out there (no matter the interior color) and find the vivid look of Limestone appealing. Not LS with the bluish-hue but the "real" Limestone seen in a handful of photos that's just a lighter shade of pure gray. If I jump into the LS crew then I won't pay the extra for FE and just go with BM.

decisions.... decisions. I have about 8 hours to settle this debate in my head.

Also in the LG/FE gang, got my 8-steps at 10am CT today! I told my guide yesterday that I'll do whatever I need to in order to get the truck ASAP, even if that means flying to Normal and driving it from there... could really use the truck next week!
