I thought it was pretty lame since they could have tried in an area with harder-packed soil.

Ya know this reminds me of one of my dad-in-law’s jokes from his Army days. A young soldier walks into the barracks and sits down next to group who are having too much fun. One says “48, 90, 13” and the others bust out laughing. The young soldier asks what is so funny. One responds “we all know the same jokes so we refer to them by number. Here, you try.”

The young soldier clears his throat and says “72, 23, 16.”

Silence.

The older soldier responds “it is all in the delivery.”
