Hi, regarding the lock question. the drawer will be locked automatically when its installed. and it will be required to unlock on the car screen to remove the drawer.

May I know why they stuck? We basically designed this according to the exact shape of camp speaker to make sure it fit perfrctly.

Take that as a need to revise height at rear of tray so it does not impede camp speaker and your drawer.
I do not know cause. You’ll have to look up those posts.

Can you please clarify this response as there are two questions here.
I have the tray and it does fit with the camp speaker installed, but i do have to shift the tray up and out a bit to remove the speaker. Are you saying that:
1, the drawer does not fit when recessed into the speaker compartment with the tray installed.
or are you saying
2, that the drawer can not be opened and removed without removing the tray?
Or presumably both if 1 is true. It would be unfortunate if 1 is true as I very much like the tray and find it very useful.

That's exactly what they mean. This is a direct replacement of the camp speaker. Same dimensions and occupy the same space. If you have to move tray out of the way to pull out the speaker, you'll have to do the same for drawer.

Ordered yesterday. Installed today. Works great looks great. Great alternative to the camp speaker. Looks/feels like an OEM product. Well priced.
Locks and unlocks with the vehicle but can also be locked or unlocked through the menu. Is not interfered with by my low profile floor organizer. Ahree it would be nice to have a passcode option to lock for a valet. Thanks !!

Mine does not appear to unlock with the vehicle in park?
I can do it from the screen but that's kind of a pain.

Settings menu and set it to unlocked and leave it in that settings. Otherwise, try soft or hard reset if you haven’t.

Thanks I'll have to try a soft reset because I've already tried that in the settings. I'l do a hard reset if that doesn't fix it.

Mine also locks immediately upon inserting regardless of door lock status. Rebooting don't change anything. The instant I insert the drawer it locks.
If you're drawer isn't locking right away even when the doors are unlocked, perhaps it is your car that needs rebooting.
