Just got my R1S Nov 9, took it to Seattle next day for Canadian thanksgiving weekend, was fantastic drive there in nasty stormy weather, nasty rain and wind, but felt very safe in Rivian, on way back monday somehow got nasty rock in windshield, it made massive crack by next morning, reported it via rivian phone ap; got in for replacement within a week, dropped it off yesterday, also asked about spare tire which I had on my preorder, they installed in trunk and honoured pre price hike cost, gave me Uber credit to go to work and home etc, picked it up today, looks great, service was smooth and fast, very happy with customer service! But note to other owners, ICBC will make you pay up front and then make claim for windshield for reimbursement, they also only pay labor rate 50/hr, whereas rivian service labor rate much higher so if you get a rock chip, try to repair it before crack appears, will save you lot of money.
