Update Not available yet for me in android

I have an iPhone and I haven't received it as of 8:52am on 4/4/24 and I updated all my apps this morning.

iPhone here, I updated mine in the AppStore yesterday. Works great, like the new widget and service capability.

You can do one of two things:

1) open the App Store app, then tap on upper right-hand corner where your initials shows, it will open you account info, then just drag down the screen to bounce, it will show all the apps available to update. Then update.

2) just search for the Rivian app. It will show update, if available.

I updated it yesterday on iPhone.

where do you see the app update? does it auto come to the phone or ipad? dont see a prompt for updates on the app…only the vehicle. 2 month newbie here. thx for your time. JB

Widget works fine on my iPhone, they actually fixed the display now it shows either percent or miles based on what the app is showing.

I always do #1.....and have done #2 in the past. Thanks for the reminder, and after doing #2, it showed up

My update didnt work, i had to power down the phone and restart then boom it worked.

The widget no longer works for me.. it was a blank white box..

I removed it, and when I go to add it again, it no longer is available as an option

Same happened to me but it came right back by turning phone off/on.

has anyone noticed a difference in the lock screen widget?

mine seems to refresh faster but doesn't look any different.

I have the lock screen widget on my iPhone 10, but the SOC only updates when I go into the Rivian app. It was at 47% last night when I plugged her in and that's what the widget showed me this morning until I double-checked by opening the app, at which time it jumped up to 75%. Anyone else see that or is your widget updating in real time? It could be a function of my phone...
