Rivian front bumper / fascia misaligned

My R1T front bumper/fascia is not aligned properly. I have dropped it off twice at the service center and they are unable to get it aligned properly and there are gaps still showing in the alignment. Have any of you experienced the same and what was your experience?Do I need to keep creating new service tickets? Here are pictures from before and after they tried fixing it.

Did you put on the PPF yourself? or had it done professionally?

If that first image is on the right side under the headlight, I have that too....its maybe an 1/8 inch off but still annoys....my thinking is its a misalignment with the headlight housing and how the fascia attaches.

I did professionally. It’s Lumar PPF
