Rivian Map issues

Curious what is the best option to report incorrect maps on the Rivian.

example road construction since March 2024 Rivian still shows them as available… Rivian needs to get rid of map box, expressway closed 4 mo the ago and Rivian still routes me down the road. This even goes for the road under the bridges closed also. Needless to say not happy I should have used Waze like I always do my bad. Needles to say Rivian could figure this route out 30 miles out of my way and couldn’t figure out how to route me to a charger. Sorry this is unacceptable in 2024 on a 100k vehicle. Rivian needs to figure out what they are doing like dropping Mapbox.

I stopped at three RAN chargers between NJ and NH... Rivian Navigation sent me to the wrong place 2 of those 3 stations - had to use WAZE to find it once I "arrived" at the wrong spot. I am curious If i just tell Rivian that I got wrong directions how they figure out how to fix it...anyone know?

I’ve reported to MapBox on multiple occasions issues with the roads around the house being reconfigured. Each fix messed up the nav even more.

I gave up until a kind individual mentioned that Mapbox gets its data from openstreetmap, that he was a contributing editor to OSM , and offered to help. And BOOM! Two weeks later nav works around my house again!

pressing the comment icon on the right of the nav screen is supposed to identify an issue exists. But I agree it is a gamble anyone can read your mind on what is wrong.

Check whether Open Street Map has the right charging locations. That is where I would start trying to fix the issue
