And just now I got the "Thank you for your Gear Shop order". No tracking or estimated delivery date just yet.

I had that happen. Contacted customer support twice l. Supposedly the manual entered for me and it didn’t work. So I emailed RJ and eventually got my adapter. YMMV

Not that I found at the time. Others have since claimed they can track on the website.

Same here. I opened a support ticket for this one but seems like a visit to the service center is not needed if they fix the link.

I took delivery of an R1S on 11/14 and got my adapter in the mail on 11/25.
