I have a set of RealWheelsEV running boards that I love and highly recommend. Last month the Seattle Rivian Service Center rejected my R1T, saying they couldn't lift the vehicle with the running boards attached to service the right rear bumper sensor. I contacted RealWheelsEV and they stated that you can absolutely lift the vehicle with standard pucks. They have only heard about this issue (Service Center rejecting a vehicle with their running boards) maybe three times in total. Sounds like the issue is not with my running boards but with the Service Center in South Seattle. Short of removing the running boards or driving to another service center, was wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this situation in the Seattle area?
