I think you might be on to something here. Maybe Tesla’s plan is to hire good looking women to ride around in this first run of trucks, smiling at other drivers like OP, who was clearly distracted enough he forgot how hideous the truck was. He ran to his computer and mentioned the woman and the truck but not how ugly it was. It’s psychological warfare. ?

They haven't sold any yet. There's still a chance they have an actually attractive product hiding under those stainless steel panels being used as camo. A vanishingly small chance, but a chance.

yes - I saw that one Saturday. It's massive. It felt a lot bigger than the R1T, even though I know it's only 6 inches longer and a touch wider. As we see more of these, and with others trending bigger (hummer etc), I wonder if we'll get public back lash from ICE drivers. When something this size hits a family sedan at speed, it's not going to be pretty.

Have you seen the size of your average ICE truck these days? Hood height is now a measure of one's manliness.

The CT is actually pretty nice. Its distinctive appearance will get it noticed and generate interest in EV's. Most folks out there cannot tell a Tesla sedan from a Toyota Camry. Nor can they tell a Rivian from a Ford Flex or Maverick pick-up. The CT serves to point out EV's as a form of regular transportation.

The CT is much too geometric for my tastes, but I'm glad that it's finally here.
