Seat heat removed from app?

I noticed today that I am no longer able to turn on the seat heat from the app. The scheduling feature seems to have gone missing too. I tried rebooting the vehicle and rebooting my phone with no change.

Is anyone else experiencing this or am I unique? Or did I just forget where those things lived in the app?

I updated my post with the screenshot. I can set the AC temperature. But all the other stuff that I remember being on that page is gone.

I am able to turn on the AC and adjust the AC temperature. That portion is functioning, so it's clearly connected. Just missing most a lot of stuff.

Interesting. I've only had my R1T a couple of weeks (and it has been warm here in FL), so I had not really noticed what I could adjust on the Cabin Climate screen. Comparing it to the screenshots above by others, I note that I have front seat heat icons, but am missing steering wheel and rear seat options. Any suggestions that might apply to my situation as well as the OP? (iPhone 12 Pro)

Have you both confirmed that your Rivians still have front seats and steering wheels? Maybe if they get stolen it kindly removes the option to heat/ cool them from your app for you...

There’s a surfaces toggle between heat and cool. Yours is on cool and only shows the front two seats because those are the only ventilated options. If you toggle to the red heated icon, you will see the rear seats and the steering wheel as options as well.

Funny... I had nothing better to do than start a chat session with Rivian Service on this issue... they had no clue. Thanks again!

It is pointless to have because the seats won’t heat up unless you are sitting in them. At least that is the way mine works. Anyone else have the seats warm when they get in the truck?
