Service center hours???

Does anyone know if workers are at the service centers on the weekends? I have body panel alignment issues that are now causing damage to the vehicle. I have reported it several times, but still struggle to get an appointment.

did you submit service tickets via the app but they haven't gotten back to you for an appointment? after not hearing back for about a week, i got on chat with Rivian Customer Service on their website and then they transferred me to someone in Service who set up the appointment.

When I picked up in Brooklyn, it was a Saturday morning, there were people there working on trucks. Rivian should fix it under warranty, but a lot of people have complained about getting appointments (probably one reason why people near some service centers have projected deliveries later than they want them.). And even though Rivian should fix it, it may be worth just going to a local body shop and getting an estimate if they can fix it (even though you would be paying out of pocket, not the ideal solution)

I don’t think they work Sunday’s but they do the other 6 days. I also learned they have a night shift which surprised me.

Depends on the service center. The Dallas center does not currently have Saturday hours, although I was told they may in the near future.

I have submitted a ticket, but every time they go to schedule it, they say they will get back to me after confirmation from the service center.

they say it’s not urgent, so they are months out!
