Interesting. Do I interpret that correctly? OP bought their truck second hand and it was originally owned by a Rivian employee?

Yeah, as I suspected this was early based on timing, and the .0 string end was also a giveaway.

If I were to wager, I'd guess it's an employee laid off recently which nullified the stipend, thus causing them to dump it. Of course, it could have been any employee, but I think the office would be weird, "Hey Steve, what happened to your R1T?"

Any chance you can post photos of the camp spotlights or whatever they're referred to in this update? They are the grey LEDs on the outside of the mirrors, we've all been speculating for some time as to their function.

I have no idea what angle they are pointed or how bright they are but would potentially be nice to be able to toggle them on while driving out on country roads at night.

Oh great, another light I get to have inappropriately flashed at me while driving.

not saying YOU do it…. But not a night goes by where I am not blinded by oncoming traffic driving with their high beams on or aftermarket light bars.

On the one hand, I desperately want the more accurate speedometer display.
