SOS not working and then no accurate GPS location

I had today a SOS not working warning and then no accurate GPS location so the navigation system Is unusable. Tried soft and hard reset with no success… anyone here had the same issue ?

Saw the same thing today, just shutdown when parked and problem cleared.

Saw the same thing today, just shutdown when parked and problem cleared.
Shut down meaning hard reset ? Tried it twice with no success. Now the App shows a faulty door not closed warning…

No, i just got to where i was going and parked and the issue was resolved. Sounds like you should open a ticket…

Happen to me on Saturday. Parked the car and restarted the vehicle on drive and it fixed itself. Must of been a glitch in the matrix

No, i just got to where i was going and parked and the issue was resolved. Sounds like you should open a ticket…
Same here. I'm in the midst of a very long drive (St. Louis to Seattle) and this has happened about once per day. I ignore it and it goes away.

Last year on a road trip, same thing happened to me. Finished charging at the RAN in Coos Bay and lost SOS, GPS and WiFi. For the rest of my trip in Oregon, the truck and app said the truck was in Coos Bay. Meanwhile we were in Bend. Hard reset would start but then fail. I already had mobile service setup for after the trip on another matter and Rivan added this to the ticket. Mobile service couldn't get the hard reset to work either. So a ticket was created for the Bellevue Service center to do a complete reset by disconnecting the 12v battery. They didn't want to do this in the field in case the truck became bricked. Basically, the telematics unit (if that is the right term) stopped working. The issue was fixed at the service center. Hasn't happened since.

Same happened to me last year but I did the 12v disconnect myself… not rivian-approved but it worked. My truck was stuck in 13-mph turtle mode so essentially bricked anyway and I took my chances.

Now the NAV system arrow doesn’t even move… have to use my phone to get directions. Placed a ticket 3 days ago with no response yet.
