Tips on resetting / pulling out passenger front window seal?

Before I add this to my laundry list of minor issues, is there a tip to fix the seal? On the passenger side, it looks like it got pinched. I've tried putting a piece of plastic to hold it out and get the window to slide under it, but I guess it's been pinched for so long it's somewhat now set in the bad state.

Not sure if it helps but mine is exactly the same. Windows tinted last Sat, and installer pointed it out to me. I'll follow to see it someone comes up with an idea.

I haven't taken a ride on the passenger seat to see if there's a difference in noise on that side yet. Will see what the SC says on 10/6.

My driver side one was way worse. They replaced the window trim and now both look like your passenger side. ??‍ I thought that was the norm even though it didn’t look like it to me since both match now.
