I found a few relatively minor post-delivery things, too. Rivian followed up via phone call with some clarification questions about 5 days later and then never got back to me. I had to call to follow up and they gave me an appointment on 11/1. I then called with another small issue I had that I wanted to address (rear turn signal lights blink every 5 minutes or so when parked for no obvious reason). They told me to submit another ticket and that the issue couldn't be added to an existing service appointment. I found that really strange.Mine is xxx8542. I have a service appointment this week for this and a couple other minor issues.
Anyway, we'll see what they do with my L3 charging fail. Please keep this thread posted on your fix. I'm guessing we have the same root cause for the error.
