Unacceptable Heater Performance

I find my heater pretty decent not as hot as my Audi or Ford Bronco but good enough so far down to the 30s but lets see when its in 10s or 20s here in Michigan.

Steering wheel is hot enough
Heated seats are so weak I barely feel it on high... Is there something wrong with it? I dont feel it much..

I timed it yesterday. Left a 45 degree garage, 28 degree outside temp. In 2 minutes I had fully hot air coming out of the vents.

Gen 2 with heat pump. I never use auto and have had good performance

Now that it is colder again here (32ish), I am going to bump this again, and see if anyone can help.

I had the heat running on Auto, high fan, temp "HI," this morning, and the air coming out of the vents was 95 degrees, per my thermometer. The cabin gets bearable, but not warm, and definitely never hot.

Would anyone else be able to check what the air coming out of their vents reads at, with an infrared thermometer?

I am going to submit a ticket for this, but curious if anyone has recommendations for the best settings to get the hottest air coming out, for the time being.

Did you have 2024.43.01 or the previous 2024.39 when you had this issue? I recently updated, and while it fixed my fan positioning issue, now the heat performance is God awful. I'm going to stick the temp gun to it later.

It still isn't great, but I haven't noticed a difference between 39 and 43. If I have time to pre-condition the cabin it's no big deal, but getting into a cold car, the heat is essentially worthless for anything under a 20 minute drive.

Ironically mine is fine at the start, and gets crappy randomly in the drive. Even using recirc.

my experience is the opposite. my steering wheel is warm at best and my seats get so hot on just 1 dot that i can’t leave it on for more than a minute.
