Yeah, this is definitely not a one off. When v1.5 came out last year they were doing the same thing: long list of customers waiting for the existing/broken ones to be replaced, new customers getting theirs first or even existing customers who didn't have a PTC yet cutting the line.Agreed, but one would argue that their existing user base is one of the most important pieces to their future success. How many of us have bought a 2nd or put in for new reservations, or upgraded...
Gotta take care of your people first to have a strong foundation.
Total fair for existing customers with a broken PTC to be upset.
