Agreed, but one would argue that their existing user base is one of the most important pieces to their future success. How many of us have bought a 2nd or put in for new reservations, or upgraded...

Gotta take care of your people first to have a strong foundation.
Yeah, this is definitely not a one off. When v1.5 came out last year they were doing the same thing: long list of customers waiting for the existing/broken ones to be replaced, new customers getting theirs first or even existing customers who didn't have a PTC yet cutting the line.

Total fair for existing customers with a broken PTC to be upset.
