Buying a vehicle should be the easy part.
If the customer experience is that subpar I may have to rethink spending 6 $$$$$$ figures on a Rivian.
Spending that kind of money I expect professional high quality customer service.
If that's not Rivians clear objective they won't be in business very long.
Excuses and unreachable guides is ridiculous. This should be their #1 priority besides building a superior EV.
