Buying a vehicle should be the easy part.

If the customer experience is that subpar I may have to rethink spending 6 $$$$$$ figures on a Rivian.

Spending that kind of money I expect professional high quality customer service.

If that's not Rivians clear objective they won't be in business very long.

Excuses and unreachable guides is ridiculous. This should be their #1 priority besides building a superior EV.

My guide response time is awful. The only time I somehow get a response is if I go to the chat or phone and say that she must not be receiving my messages. I am not sure how hard it is to at least say, sorry I don't have an update yet
