My cover still works. Stop going back sometimes. Should I use WD40 on tracks? Thanks

Get a video of it not catching and not working, and submit a ticket. May as well officially get in line to get a replacement.

I found that using a pressure washer to clean the tracks worked well, I would open and close the cover while spraying out debris and mine worked well for a year until I got my camper installed, never had to lube it once.

Agree, a dry lube is recommended. I use it every 3 or 4 months depending on how much I open/close and no major issues. My cover never opened flush from day one, left about a 1/2 inch or so and put a ticket in immediately, just waiting for the fix.......

Yep, I'll also repeat others and say that when I was at a Rivian SC, I asked for advice on extending the life of the tonneau, and they recommended dry lube

I have been using WD 40 dry lube in the tracks and each of the overlapping joints once a month and have had no problems.
