Has anyone had water leak in through the passenger sun visor? There is some moisture in the headliner in the immediate area. There have been no issues with window nor door seal. . There is no apparent water elsewhere.

I have alerted the service center to this issue but am no longer willing to make the 6+ hour round trip for these issues.

Has anyone else experienced water leaking issues?

i wont say its common but ive seen multiple people with this issue. sometimes it manifests in the headliner, sometimes people find water under the floor mats. you should open a service ticket if you haven't already.

We had this exact issue. The solution was to have the “appliqué” (the bit of paneling immediately above the windshield) reinstalled. Rivian service did this for us at no charge with no questions asked. I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment (this was about 7 months ago at the South San Francisco service center). This process requires the vehicle to be in a clean environment and they kept it for several days. There were no loaners available but Rivian paid for a rental. Of course, less waiting would always be preferable but we live in the real world. I have no complaints. If you have a long drive to the service center, I can understand your reluctance, but Rivian will want to make you happy.

Same issue and solution for me on my old 2022 R1T. I wouldn't wait a few weeks, water is going to cause more issues. Tell them it is a water concern and they should respond quicker.
