If anyone has a solution to this, please post. I'm finishing up the steps, on sign the contract, the next to last step. Website tells me it's taking me to "our contract partner" and then it just grinds and grinds with nothing happening. I've tried emailing, calling and texting the guides, so far no response. This is frustrating and ridiculous. I want to take delivery. Maybe Rivian doesn't want to take my money?

It's Monday morning at 8:20am PST.. I know you want your truck but I suggest take a breather and calm down. This will get sorted out and you will be loving your Rivian in no time.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This is the first time I recall anyone reporting this type of problem. What browser, and do you use any blocking/filtering software, anonymous vpn, etc? These can all cause issues with contract service companies.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This is the first time I recall anyone reporting this type of problem. What browser, and do you use any blocking/filtering software, anonymous vpn, etc? These can all cause issues with contract service companies.
Using Safari, but get same problem on Chrome. No VPN, and as far as I know I don't have any ad blockers. From the slow response maybe I have a Rivian Guide Blocker.

I have had trouble with some links lately. If you can right click and open in new tab/window.
Same problem when I try to go to sign contract on my phone. Did a chat, they're trying to get hold of my guide to do a re-set.

You sure it’s not your browser’s security settings? Check for blockers. Or try link with different browser, like Firefox. Safari is notorious for incompatibility.

I've tried with both Safari and Chrome. I've tried on my phone. My wife has tried from her desktop logging in as me. No luck at all, same problem with all of those.

Chatted again with customer service this morning (4/2). Again they promise to have a guide contact me. My guide is on paternity leave, and so I have no regular person. I have reached out repeatedly since Saturday, by phone, text and email, and still no guide responds. Way to go Rivian. Outstanding service.
Experienced similar when mine was sent to Normal to work that parking lot sale last year the same weekend I lost Shop access. No prior notification of absence, auto-reply, or information about who'd be covering. Had to use general chat to request for a covering guide to call back. There are definitely cracks in the operational details. And some guides are definitely more thoughtful than others, per the few glowing testimonies shared here.

Hooray. A new guide for me, Julian, came through and figured out the problem. Someone hadn't finished calculating my taxes. So now I'm all set, just waiting for a delivery date and time.
