Fastest vehicle I have ever owned. I don't know what I will do in the Rivian.

I don't have a performance vehicle and know it. Still I was curious how fast I could get my 2014 Subaru Outback (manual transmission ?) from 0 to 60. We clocked in at 19.23 seconds! I think we're in for a different experience! Can anyone beat that?
Depends. When the snow is above the doors, about 2.5-3 seconds. clean dry road, around 1 second.

Oh, nevermind, not RC time probably 8ish Seconds on my '10 Xterra 33's with lift

Model 3 performance, 3.2 seconds per Tesla. Best 1/4 mile is 11.498 @ 118 mph.

Wife’s car is a slow Infiniti QX60, maybe 7.5 or 8 seconds 0-60.

Some in the Harley world are evolving. The owner of our local HD dealership frequently rides a livewire.
In my experience there are three types of Harley riders. The first (and what immediately comes to people's minds) are the bikers. They are the true, free spirit, 'I don't care what you think about me', don't bother me and I won't bother you type. This group is very, very much in the minority. The second are those that just like a specific bike(s) and it happens to be a Harley...it's not about the name on the bike, it's the look, the sound, the feel of the bike. Then there is the third category. They see themselves as being in the first category. Work in the office buring the week but ride the Harley on the weekends. They are easy to spot (and the dealerships love them) because whatever they spend on the bike they spend 2x on screaming eagle accessories and HD apparel. I've always felt it is this last group that gives HD owners a bad name.

And the way you can corner in the mountains and blaze on the straights, a true sports car, a wolf in sheep’s clothing —former 3 driver.

Tesla claims 2.5 for my Model S P100D Ludicrous. I had a P85 that did it in 4.2.

All I can tell you is that sub-3 seconds is quicker than essentially anything you’ll encounter on the road and being quicker than that is is just d*ck measuring.

3.5 sec in modded Audi S7 with RS7 turbos, SR1 Tune, SRM Trans tune, APR intercooler.

Not only will the Rivian make the above obsolete, it will do so by killing way less dinosaurs.

You all are making my XC60 T8 feel slow at 5 seconds.

I also had it in my head that it was quicker than that.

I wanted this Z06 (2.4-2.5 sec.) buy my wife likes the Rivian R1T more, more practical in her eyes. I'll hang on to my C7.
Absolute bonkers performance for a naturally aspirated machine. I'd love to own one, but will be happy just driving or even riding in one.

I've lusted for a Z06 for years, but could never pull the trigger due to garage space...and practicality. That's why I'm so excited for the R1S...effective DD & family vehicle that can still haul some *ss.

According to Chevrolet, the 0-60 on the upcoming Z06 is 2.6 sec.

Mine is 2.9, although C&D says 2.8. Whichever you believe - both are super quick!
