My right rear window will not calibrate in the up position. My other 3 windows calibrate as they should, up & down position, per the service manual.

when my problem window is auto’d up, it goes into the seal normally, then goes down 4ish inches. I don’t get the main screen indication it calibrates in the up position. Tried vehicle reset. Mobile service scheduled…

anyone?

Had the exact same issue… mobile service did a 5 minute calibration and all was good after.

There's a few threads on this forum and on Reddit that describe window calibration procedures. Worth a shot?

Same thing happened to me with front passenger window. Ran through the calibration process decribed in the owner's maunal, did a soft reset, called support and did a hard reset. To no avail. Scheduled an appointment with mobile service. Got it fixed in 5 minutes.

Not really. Just said it needed to be recalibrated and had to plug their laptop into the port and use their software to do it.

Ditto here. Driver side window had the issue. Mobile service came to the house, fixed and was gone in 5 minutes.
