With colder mornings setting in, charging behavior starts to shift. Some folks say preconditioning helps a ton, others don’t notice much difference.

Charging is fine. Range is down but that is every year and with every EV.
but winter charger never seems to change for me, even being in upstate NY

DCFC in the winter is great, it's easier for the system to keep the pack cool 😜

I’m not getting over 185 kWh on my max pack gen 2 R1T. Usually closer to 100 kWh. This is after preconditioning too.
