Coastal Cloud interior will get an upgraded center steering wheel cap in production

I've seen more than a few comments on this and noticed that Kyle mentioned it in his newest R2 launch video.

Coastal Cloud interior won't have the grainy steering wheel cap that looks like it has orange peel on it. The final production version of the cap apparently will fix that to some degree.

The steering wheel uses the same design language as the rest of the interior, all black would be funky (with Coastal). Good design decision
