Accepted delivery of VIN 23xx Friday afternoon in Oklahoma City. GW on 20” w/spare tire kit. Ordered 7/28. Obviously prebuilt, in inventory. Was delayed for a few hours as techs had some challenges with a software updates. Otherwise very smooth delivery and great staff. Drove the car back to Wichita Saturday…consumption was 2.5 MKwh, about what I expected since its was 105 degrees while driving on brand new tires.

I have the shimmy when using A+ below 70 mph. No shimmy when using regular cruise. Hoping a future software update resolves. Also have a problem with cup holders randomly opening from the closed position. Hoping future issues are limited or can be resolved by mobile service since I live 175 miles from the SC.

Currrently scheduled for Friday at Denver. They offered Thursday but I already had Friday off so I figured I'd just do it then. Hoping all goes to plan. Haven't seen any out in the wild except for near the Space in Rino. I'm thinking I might be the first in the neighborhood (Berkeley). Maybe I'll avoid Tennyson street this week so I don't get my heart broken.

My delivery was scheduled for tomorrow and was just cancelled. Here was the message from the SC:

"Unfortunately, we received notification that your vehicle was identified as part of a list of VIN’s to hold off delivery until our team performs further diagnosis to determine that no further attention is required before we can confidently release the vehicle to you."

Anyone know anything about a list of VIN's with any module issues? I'm frustrated because my lease turn in is this Thursday and now I have no alternatives.

Sounds like they may have identified a supplier batch of possible bad components, which is better than having random vehicles fail on inspection or on the road. Frustrating that they still only flagged this 24hr in advance though.

I would suggest you message/call them and let them know about the Thursday deadline. They may be able to prioritize your inspection to get you out of there on Wednesday, or you might be able to convince them to give you a loaner.

Your VIN is in the 2000's? If so, probably needs a zonal module replaced. This has happened to a number of people sadly.

I've got VIN 2405 (mis-typed this in my first post), and my delivery was postponed because of a bad module. They also discovered a bent charge pin that needed a new wiring harness.

What was the turnaround time for the reschedule of delivery? I’ve got a road trip planned soon.

For the module? I think it was fixed within a few days. Still waiting for my delivery though. Supposedly the Tempe SC ordered the wiring harness at the same time as the module, but it wasn't shipped until just a few days ago (via ground instead of overnight!).

I'd let your delivery person know your timelines with your trip and lease turn in.

Got the “its time to begin the purchase process” email.

seems like a VIN too, is it the trailing 4 digits? If so it’s 47XX

For anyone who’s in the CARB state (CA here) does the discount/credit show up on the purchase order screen? Or is it discounted later? I added the charger and two adaptors, but it simply shows them as charges, with no credits against them.

ITS REALLY HAPPENING!..

It'll show up later with no cost. But IIRC, it's still there on the initial order placement

Thanks..

BTW, I purposely didn’t post the actual VIN for digits, because I didn’t want to get banned or visited by the FBI.

Needless to say, my SO will LOVEI IT!
