Sadly, I was not contacted by Rivian this past week and did not receive my Guide. I did also log into my account and there wasn't anything new there. I plan to reach out to CS next week and see what's going on.

I’m also feb 2019 and april/may date and didn’t get email about the guide but when I logged into my account on browser and click on question icon and I see my guide info. You can try it and see if your guide info is there.
