RAN Rivian Charging Stations Locations Map via Google Maps

Stopped by the Meadows of Dan site yesterday. Chargers are in the place. 6 RAN stations (1 for a trailer) and 2 waypoints.
Any information on the other Virginia BRP sites? I have a meeting in Winchester next month and was hoping the Roanoke and Front Royal stations would be available for the trip.

Excellent to see the BRP getting these chargers! on the southern end we still have no info on where the RAN station will be in Cherokee and the stations for Gatlinburg, Robinsville, or Asheville are still not ”coming soon”, but any progress is appreciated!

Are RAN chargers currently working for any CCS vehicle (while it is currently free)? I just saw a post on FB of a Bolt looking like it’s successfully charging on a RAN with the green light lit up on the side of the pedestal.

That was probably a waypoint charger, not a RAN fast charger. Rivian is installing both types of chargers . Only the fast chargers are limited to Rivian vehicles for now (soon neither will be limited to Rivian vehicles).

Nope, it’s a CCS RAN. I know the difference.

Nearest RAN to me is a two hour drive. No way am I driving my Polestar that far away when I know it's not going to work. Guessing whatever station this is was just turned up and is still in testing.

That is interesting. Maybe someone should ask Rivian about it, the next time they are answering questions.

Yeah, it was just turned on in the past week so maybe they forgot to flip a switch to prevent non-Rivians from charging (this charger is in Clackamas, OR). Has anyone ever tried plugging in their other EVs into CCS RAN chargers in the recent past?

A Bolt tried to charge on the newly installed RAN system in Quartzite, AZ this past week when I was there (Friday). No Go.

The video clip is basically the same angle and only lasts a few seconds with the sound of the charger going. There aren’t any close up shots of the car or pedestal. It’s not my video so I can’t post it but I don’t see any reason why the person would try to create a fake video.
