I submitted a service ticket 3 weeks ago, but (sigh) Rivian hasn't gotten back to me yet other than to ask if it's still happening and verify that I have reset the car.
If I sit in my R1S in the garage and go to the Energy or Camping app and click on the 120V indicator (it says "Outlets off"), I get a dialog with a timer defaulting to 1 Day and a yellow button that says to turn on the outlets.
I press the yellow button, and...nothing happens. There is no indication that anything went wrong, but the car still says the outlets are off - and indeed the outlets don't work.
Has anybody experienced this, or have any ideas of things I can try to make it work. SOC is plenty high, so the issue is not low battery.
