You sir, must drink some tiny cups of coffee. Tbh I'm missing my giant cup that used to fit in my old WT. Two is plenty for me, but they need to be biiig. Maybe I need to trade up to a Fisker Alaska. ?

I actually like that I can push them in when not using them. I have an organizer on the floor for things like water bottles that works well.
Same. They feel/sound a bit flimsy. When deployed, they can get in the way and bumped.

I got this from BestEVMod on Amazon for the center console area. Love it! This should fit all of you all's larger cups and jugs. Plus it allows me to only use the push-out cup holders as auxiliary holders when needed.

Any sort of organizer for the floor area in front of the camp speaker is just that...an organizer. A good spot to store a drink for when you get to work, but not a place to put your commuting cup of coffee which you are constantly picking up and replacing on the way in. This solution also prevents spills and is a great place to store keys, wallets, and snacks. Most of us came from cars or trucks that had fixed, center console cup holders; this gives us that back.

yes, it gives us center cup holders, but personally (just my opinion) I do not find a reason to have them extended all the time. Also, the integrated holders are not the most sturdy. I would not put 20+ oz on each side on a regular basis. I use it for light coffee mugs and cans of soda and put it away when not in use. For bigger drinks I use the organizer like 909phillyman, and yes, if drinking from a tall vessel, you can reach for it during a commute.
One good aspect about your proposal, is it may catch any dripping from you cup of coffee or drink as opposed to letting it mess up the central tray or BTspeaker

That organizer is great. I would like to see one that has a lid or even a metal one with a lockable door for that are. The lack of a glove compartment is killing me! Somewhere to store insurance, registration, etc. Where is everyone storing that stuff?
