Please elaborate. There is no vehicle off settingIf you park at home and in a garage, you can set your car's setting to "off" at home. It goes to sleep and stay sleep with minimal discharge.
This process is commonly called "vampire drain". There are some pretty extensive threads in the forum that you can review if you search for that title. Thanks for the humor, changed the title so we can stay within topic ?
Sorry that I didn't make it clear, I'm sure most of us had already done this. Please elaborate. There is no vehicle off setting
I have everything off (except that option) my fob is far from the vehicle and cameras do not catch the vehicle completely waking up. But from my Eero logs, I can see the vehicle waking every 1 to 2 hours due to network activity. I don't use PAAK, I suppose I could test this option to see if it helps with vampire drain, perhaps the car is constantly looking for the fob and staying in a more "awake" stateSorry that I didn't make it clear, I'm sure most of us had already done this.
Settings>Vehicle/Access>Proximity locking>Location behavior at home>select the Off option
The old Off option could still wake up the car when my phone was near the car, but with the previous update (don't remember which one), the car does not wake up when my phone is near the car. The car wakes up when I open the door or use the app, and it goes back to sleep very shortly. I could go several days without losing a percent of the battery.
