It’s not leather. I would take a drop of mild hand soap, or a bar of ivory and get it on sponge and rub lightly. It should come right off. You could use a dedicated vinyl cleaner as well again, something mild

White pants. Seriously though-chemical guys interior cleaner and protector. Once you clean it up make sure you put on a good protector every few months. Cheers.
I only use P&S on my interiors. Best cleaner there is imo
