Magna was the contract manufacturer of the physical bits. I could see them deciding there is some money in making spare parts (or if they have parts inventory sitting around waiting to be turned into vehicles Fisker will never pay them for,) to allow Ocean owners to have a source. Magna makes lots of vehicles for a variety of manufacturers, including BMW. The physical builds on the Oceans should be great. It's just the software that's the big problem.Just like Rivian, the Ocean is a "computer on wheels" so once Fisker is officially out of business all that IP goes with them unless someone buys the assets which is unlikely. Other then some possibly off the shelf HVAC components, etc.. most of the vehicle will remain irreparable. Think of a windshield cracking, and common stuff like that breaking. No replacement parts will be available unless someone buys the unsold vehicles and starts cannibalizing them, at hugely inflated parts prices. Sadly, Fisker has been cannibalizing already built vehicles in CA for parts for some time now as even they can't get parts to cover warranty repairs.
I would guess Oceans will never get NACS adapters or plug-and-charge support.
I gotta say, though, if there is a fire-sale and Oceans become available for under $20k, I will snap one up in a heartbeat, sell my Mach-E, and have the Ocean tide me over until the R3 ships.
