SiriusXM release has essentially become a running joke (much like CarPlay).

Couldn't care less about SiriusXM, Car play, Android Auto. I just want YT and texts. Been waiting for 2 years.

Mine is dead now, won't do Atmos at all.

That stinks! Mine just needs music to be restarted each time I get back in and then occasionally just stops and has to be restarted. And still some serious level changes from non-Atmos to Atmos. That will wake you up! And hoping it doesn't blow speakers, because it sounds like it might. I have gotten into habit of lowering levels at some changes.....

Don't flame me but what is the big deal with Chromecast?. From what I have read and heard, you won't be able to use it when you drive and only when you are parked. I guess it makes sense while charging, camping or maybe in a parking lot at a fast food restaurant, other than that.....pretty useless....IMHO

I am hoping for native messaging that will interface with Siri or Bixby (is that still a thing with Android?).

Bixby is Samsung only. Goggle Assistant is the native Android service.

You don't have children who practice sports 4 nights a week while dad sits in his Rivian watching the tiny screen of his phone while the big center console sits idle, do you? Even though that's an edge-ish case, the camping one isn't.

Yeah, this, and while charging with kids. It’s the one thing I do enjoy having in my Tesla. I hope they can get the video apps integrated relatively soon.

The fact that we don't have release notes for this one yet days after it showing up on electrifi, nor any mention from RivianTrackr, makes me optimistic that it this will be the one to finally include YouTube/chromecast support.

We tried the free Spotify to compare to Apple Music, which is awesome in Atmos on the Meridian system. Spotify is not just shit audio quality, but hard to use.

No update for me yet, I seem to be in the last third for updates.

Spotify actually works though. Good music quality/Atmos is awesome in theory but when all Apple Music does is show a spinning circle with "loading content" it's kind of hard to judge the difference.

Apple Music is completely non-functional for me in the Rivian.

Every time I settle into listening to Apple Music the damn volume difference switching between atmos and non atmos drives me nuts and I switch back to Spotify. It’s so annoying and I like Spotify’s algorithm better.

I don't know about Android, but how do people with iPhones not know you can text via voice in the Rivian? Someone else already shared that, but yeah...you can text with voice right now.
