Im surprised that someone hasn’t gutted the speaker and removed the speaker grill on top to turn into a lockable storage space. Maybe once electrical components are missing ,the computer wouldn’t be able to sense the speaker is there and wouldn’t be able to lock. Maybe if someone could ask a Rivian engineer. I’m not willing to try with mine, but there is a guy selling the camp speakers on eBay for 400$ if someone wanted to try and report back to us. ?The Camp speaker is a very low functioning asset, if it works at all. It is lockable, it is next to power it is doable. Someone please experiment and design a solution to this problem, what do you have to lose, a speaker?
A kit would sell either in a DIY, or a finished product, this is a niche that is begging to be served, or is it just me?
BTW, "Location" in the thread posting is other because worldwide was not an option.
