I suspect some of your frustration may be chalked up to a simple misunderstanding. The updates are not sent out to every vehicle at the same time. I got my R1S about the same time, and I, like you, have gotten it on the first wave, every time until now. But they randomly shuffle the order of rollout.We’ve had the vehicle since September & have never had an issue with any updates, to date, hence the frustration.
Also, some clarification: Connect+ barely gives you any benefit, as the majority of owners are subscribed.

Is a good place to check the progress of the rollout. It has been sent to only about 30% of vehicles as of right now
